Lightning Box and Incredible Technologies has created Astro Pug, a fun video slot game that has truly interesting features and lots of fun Chinese-inspired graphics. Nope, a pug is not particularly evocative of Chinese culture, and neither is there any evidence of an “astro” space vibe. Don't ask – just enjoy this fun ride!

The game has a total of eight reels. Going from left to right, there are two reels of three rows; then a square grid of four reels and four rows; then a two-reel, three-row section. And it's all framed in a pagoda design.

Icons include nine, ten, jack, queen, king, and ace; these royal card icons are brightly colored, but otherwise not on-theme. Themed symbols are various Chinese-inspired creatures, from dragonflies to carp and even a small boy.

The wild pug icon can substitute for any icon you need to make a win. Meanwhile, you'll need at least three free spin scatters, and you'll earn up to 12 free spins.

Any wild cards will stay locked in place during those spins, and when it appears you'll win an additional free spin. A bomb symbol ends free spins. But if you lock in 12 pug wilds in the middle grid, you'll trigger a Mega Spin! And when you trigger the random MegaSpin feature, every position on the Reelfecta reel will turn wild.

Also, you'll see the Wild Bone meter at the lower left part of the screen, and when you earn bones it will act as a multiplier. It will double, triple or quadruple your winnings.
