You're going to have to watch the trailer for Penguin City to find out what penguins have to do with a Chinese food restaurant – and even then, it doesn't make a bunch of sense. That being said, we can't say we mind the confusion in the graphics of this game. After all, if the action is good and the reels are hot, who cares that there's a penguin in a nighttime food market?

So there is a lot that is standard here, which is a good thing. For example, the game has five reels and three rows, and there are 243 ways to win. And you can win both ways, not just from left to right! The minimum bet is .10 credits, and the maximum bet is 125 credits, with a maximum win of 187,500 coins. When you set the coin value, the dashboard also gives you the cash bet as well. And as always, there is the option to simply bet the maximum amount on the maximum number of lines with one click.

The symbols in this game are an indication of where Penguin city has exactly zero to do with penguins. They include spades, hearts, diamonds, and clubs, plus boxes of noodles, soy sauce, cooking pots, noodle soup, and chopping knives.

The wild icon is the wild card. It can substitute for any icon you need to win.  Get a wild on the second of fourth reel and enter Penguin Escape Mode. This makes the wild sticky and gives you a free spin. You will keep getting free spins with sticky wilds until you spin a loser.

During Penguin Escape Mode one penguin will try to escape. While doing so he may either give you an additional wild card or a winning icon on reel three. He may also give you the Emperor Penguin on reel three. This is a stacked wild that guarantees a win.
